congrats! how did you do it? i can say that like you i am almost there when it comes to losing my extra pounds. i am now sticking to veggies and fruits and lots and lots of liquids plus chito gold. ive lost 37 pounds so far.

i always dont like diet pills before and i kept saying no way to it. but i just gave it a try.
