Congrats!!! This is very inspiring.....my total weight loss needed is a little more than the weight you have lost and I know that it can be done with hard work and discipline! May I ask how long it took you to reach your goal?

I can see a lot of your story in me. I am 5'3" and started at 238, I also hope to get down to approximately 130. Maybe I will have a great story to tell in a year.

I just started my loss 2 months ago and when I read your story ... It made me so happy... it made me yell..( in my head)... I CAN DO IT!! It is such a lovely motivational and inspiring story.
