so, this is the first time in a LONG time that i feel comfortable in my skin. not only do i weigh 30 pounds less than i did a year ago, but i am much more muscular. i'm toned! it's awesome.

the best is when i see someone i haven't seen for a month or so and they say, "wow, you look so thin!" or something similar. also, getting checked out by dudes and chicks alike is fun.
