Finally There!!!!
 

So i havent been on here in a little while but i have finally hit my original goal of being down to 185 :) and i am actually closer to 182/183 but i am here now and to the point of gaining more muscle so i dont know if i will gain or if i will continue to gain enough muscle that it will burn the fat also? But the sad thing to me is i am here now and i my body still doesnt look like i would like it so now i have hit my weight goal so now i am going to set myself a "look" goal lol but anyways i just wanted to say that i have hit my goal i am down 102 pounds in 2 years! i weighed an amazing 285 pounds as a 17 year old and now i am 19 and weigh 183!

The next step is getting myself the confidence to take off my shirt in public lol

Nice job and about a pound a week. I bet there were those weeks when you didn;t lose and now here you are!! It sounds like you may have lost it sensibly too.

You have your whole life ahead of you, and now you have the tools to maintain that healthy lifestyle!! Everything in moderation, and you'll be fine.
