Wow!!! Thank you for sharing. It is the motivation I need once again on my own journey. I had lost 100#'s over a 2 year period and it has slowly found most of it's way back to me. I need this inspiration.

WOW! what an INCREDIBLE story. thank you so much for sharing! and, btw - your pics...you look absolutely amazing! :D

Wow. I looked at your pics and you look absolutely amazing! Then I read your story and must let you know that you really are an inspiration to me! You are the same height as me and your starting weight/size are just about identical to mine. Likewise, your goal weight is just about the same as mine...(mine is 165, give or take a pound). So, it is really wonderful to see that you met your goal and look so fabulous and confident. I've already lost 50 pounds and have about 70 more to go and now I know I can do it!!! Thanks for sharing your photos and story!

Kells - you've done it before, so you can do it again! And this time, you'll have the maintainers to back you up when you get to goal...just one of the MANY reasons I love it here so much.

IndyChick - awww, thanks! You're so close...the last bit can be tough, but you'll be there in no time.

Kris10 - you can do this. Trust me. Stick around, read and learn, and you'll take your 50 lb loss (WTG, by the way! :carrot:), add even more, and start the whole SECOND journey that is learning how to maintain. It's a wild ride, but so amazing too.

You have been an inspiration before and even more so now. If you can lose and maintain the loss again the odds of a bad knee, I can maintain too! Thanks for sharing your story.
