congrats on reaching your mini goal or halfway or whatever you plan on doing... its great you are taking a break and maintaining as it will be very good practice for when you are at your final stage and need to keep there for ... well.... the rest of your life well done :D

And a thank you to all who have posted!

It is now seven weeks or so since I hit goal (155), and I'm holding steady. :D This, in spite of moving to a new town! :yikes:

aaaaaaaand, now you're losing again. Congrats ! :D

BTW, not gaining weight while MOVING is such a b:censored:h... moving is so crazy and hectic... and it often makes people want to just "grab" some (often unhealthy) food. So, kudos to you! :)

Wow! Amazing! I have nothing more to add than what has already been said. Great inspiration and quite simply something I can relate to!

Well done! I'm sure you will get to your final goal and maintain it too!

congratulations! i made the same mistake the first time i did WW too, not staying for maintenance ...two years later i ended up doing it all over again....i am at the top of my acceptable weight range right now, and after 2 years of maintaining i working up the motivation to try going down again...so thank you for another motivating story.

Hello, new posters! Thanks so much for your comments. :D As you can see from my ticker, I've come down a few since my first goal. The difference between the end of one and the start of the second is because I got a new scale, and it reads lighter than the old one I used. So, I just don't count those mythical pounds.

I'm having a harder time with these last few pounds than I did with the first stint, but that is pretty typical. I shall simply buckle down! :drill: :D

Thanks for posting your story, it was a reality check for me, and very inspiring on a very high calorie, not very motivated day for me. Congrats on reaching this goal! :carrot:WTG
