So here I am, finally at goal, and wow, it feels pretty good. I started at 190 pounds, honestly probably even a little higher, squeezing into size 14, almost exactly a year ago. Here I am now, at 135, size 6, frolicking in a bikini on the Israeli beaches! It's been a long road, essentially just using fitday and exercising more. The last five pounds were really stubborn for months, but since I've been travelling and had no money, its shocking how fast they dropped off :) Anyway, here are my before (trying very hard to keep anyone from seeing my double chin) and after photos! I could still use a little more toning, and will keep working on that, but all in all I'm pretty darn happy.
