Reached my goal for the first time ever!
 

Hello everyone, some may remember I would post my progress once in a while and I was finally losing weight for the first time in my life. Last year I grew to my largest size of 192 pounds. I was so scared that I would soon reach 200 and I hated to see myself in the mirror. I almost stopped going out completely for anything other than work, I didn't even like to go out after work with co-workers because I felt I looked so bad.

Then in May I decided to try another meal delivery program, I tried Nutrisystem and Medifast before but neither worked for me. I heard some good things about eDiets Express so thought I would give it a try. It was the best decision I ever made because I've lost over 70 pounds and finally reached my goal of 120 (I actually reached in in Dec). It really has changed my life completely, I'm much more active and most importantly I feel really good about myself. I love going out again and most importantly enjoy shopping again! I'm still not done, I'm going to try to lose 5 or 10 more pounds but I have finished with the eDiets Express stuff. Congratulations to everyone that has reached their goals or are trying, that is the most important part.

Your story reminds me of what happened with me. I actually hit just under 210 lbs. That shocked me into realizing I HAD to lose weight or I would end up hugely obese. I know that without a doubt in my mind.

I'm glad I found your post. It's very inspiring. You're at 120 lbs now? That's amazing, and exactly where I hope to end up. :D
