Charles what was your method of losing? I am doing calorie counting and eating healthy foods. (New lifestyle change) I am happy with how I am doing it but always love hearing how others are successful!

I am using the same method. I put a link in my signature to a write up about my weight loss journey so far. I just try to eat a good balanced diet, count my calories and I also do resistance training 3 days per week. I workout a total of 6 hours per week a combination of 3 hours resistance training and the rest cardio.

Congratulations, your daughter must just love to give you lots of hugs now! A friend of mine had a waist of 58 inches, he lost 20 inches from his waist, and all his eight year old daughter could say was "I can get my arms round Daddy's tummy now!" :D
