90.2pounds gone! So close to 100 lost but I had to share :)

Start Weight: 294.6 pounds
Weight in 2nd pic: 204.4 pounds

Yesterday I scanned an old email address to find old pictures at my highest weight, and sure enough I did! It was mind blowing to see then but I am sooo glad I found them. At this time this journey has become a real psychological challenge for me losing site of how far I have come. I just took a new pic a couple minutes ago I do not have those shorts so sorry folks I wore the closest thing I have too shorts ;) I had to show you all both images unedited or cropped flaws and all. I'd like you to see the "weight loss battle scares" i am carrying. And know that they are really not that bad. Was never a hard flawless porcelain doll to begin with so I would never hold myself to those expectations now. Actually I am beyond happy at how my body has reacted to losing 90+ pounds not toooooo dang shabby ;) The bra's are different in the 'before pic' it is a 44ddd pushup that was to small so it made my boobs bulge. In the after pic it is a full coverage 37i cup... I have no way of knowing but i swear it was my focus on muscle training that allowed me to keep my bust and go from a 44h down to a 37i... which means my rib cage shrunk but my boobs didnt go to fast.

Hmm i hope i cover some major points I remember being issues I was scared of when starting my journey... feel free to pick my brain promise I won't hide anything!

I wanted you to see every bit of flesh as the first picture shows and tried my best to do the same pose and distance so it would be a exact comparison.

What a difference... I am taken back a bit just looking at it again... this was over the course of 2.5yrs almost like steps down I was able to push myself to lose. In my mind I hoped I'd lose it all inside of a few months but a long journey with times when I would hold the number on the scale for months or even gain. But after sometime of thinking back an just appreciating myself and all the love work i was doing just for me got me right back working to a healthier happier me.

I really hope their is even one women out there that seeès this as I did when I started my journey and passion ignites in you and start that up hill climb.
It is worth every last second. Anything worth having is worth fighting for!!!

It is a HUGE difference and I am glad you had an old photo to show you that! Sometimes it's so easy to get stuck in the "But this isn't perfect, or that isn't perfect', but reality is, it's a whole lotta better!

And while you were always beautiful, now it's beginning to shine through with less fat to mask your features.

Yay you!!!! (and yay to a healthier you!)

you look amazing. I have been having a little bit of a hard time in the last week or two plateauing and not being as diligent with my calorie intake. This post and the photos really have inspired me to keep pushing forward. Thank you so much. Great job

Thank you all soon much for the encouraging works. I am happy it has helped encourage some. I was really scared my stomach would drop but working on my core has really helped and I haven't even put as much effort into it as I have my back(to correct my hunching) or my legs & butt (to maintain curve in my body) in the past I had lost weight before by only restricting my diet and my body had no curves to it but this time it looks very different.

Still five sizes from my goal size but once I break into onederland... My scale is gone 😘

I am feeling pretty dang accomplished some hard times on the journey but the hardest was having to forgive myself for messing up and knowing that I got back on track once and that in time once I found the right mental space, I would be right back losing pounds in time.
