Congrats!!! You look fantastic and all your hard work has definitely paid off!
As a fellow exerciser and runner, I now workout intensely about 2 hours a day 4-5 days a week. I was wondering how you were finally about to decrease your workout time and when you made that transition? Were you already at goal when you eased off and, when you did, was it hard for you mentally? What is your typical workout schedule like now? I'm worried that if I ease off my workouts at all I will stop losing or regain.
