Maintaining between 120-124. I am having some joint problems and seeing a rheumatologist/sports med doc at end of month. Years of being over 300 pounds has done some damage to my poor joints. Can only imagine how much worse they'd be if I were still heavy.

You probably aren't going to have as much extra skin as me seeing as I was quite a bit heavier than you. I'm not gonna lie, I have a flap of skin on my lower belly. I do sit ups and abdomen strengthening exercises which has helped. Build some muscle. Weight lifting has made my upper arms look much, much better! Still, I have extra skin...can't be avoided. With clothes on, nobody can tell I have that extra skin. Will I ever be able to wear a bathing suit? No. But I was extremely heavy for many, many years and I'm 42 years old. I feel awesome though!!

Wow, now your between 120-124 are you continuing to lose? While I compliment you on your loss and think it's amazing, I worry that maybe you've lost a little to much? Not judging you. And if it's where you feel your healthiest than more power to ya. Just please be careful Again, Congrat's on a remarkable journey!

No I'm not losing anymore...maintaining. I feel real good at this weight. I haven't had anyone tell me I look too thin. But I've heard the "don't lose anymore", so I think it's a good weight for me. I know my joints feel better the lighter I am. And, I can eat around 1800-2000 calories to maintain, so it's not that hard to stay this weight. Thanks for the concern...don't worry, I don't feel like you're judging me. :-)
