Hey. :) I don't think Fairy comes on here anymore. But I have seen some of her other posts responding to people who have asked the same question, she said that she didn't do any exercise she just sometimes took her dog out for a walk. She joined up to weight watchers if that helps? Good luck! :)

thanks for the reply warrior. I dont think weight watchers is available in UAE thought. Many diets programs are not available here. So we have to mostly stick to working out.
