Wow - thank you for all of the love! It really means a lot to me.
VermontMom - Jeans are by INC. They have 2 cuts: regular & curvy. If you go the 'curvy' route, you'll need to buy down 1 size. I would normally consider myself a good candidate for that style, but I actually preferred the cut of the regulars. I also adore my Levi's 515's. GREAT cut - actually perfect for my body type (and much cheaper than the Inc jeans ;) ).
amylinstead - I did a program called Slimgenics (formerly Slim4Life). It isn't everywhere. I think they only have offices in MN, TX, CO and KS. I have also done Weight Watchers, but didn't keep the weight off and never got down to this weight (I stopped losing around 157 before my wedding in 2005). In hindsight, I would likely take a blended approach - weight watchers with higher protein. My problem with weight watchers was that I learned how to game the system. With Slimgenics it is pretty rigid, so you are either on the plan or you are not.
Thank you, again, for all of your kind words. I've really not shared my before/after pictures with anyone! I should print & put them up in my house to help me remember what I do NOT want to do to myself ever again.
