105 Pounds Lost!
 

I won't go on too long about my story, basically I've been heavy all my life and have lost weight multiple times, only to gain it back. I'm really concentrating all my attention now on maintaining my loss. I'm so excited to be where I am, and I don't ever want to go back to my former weight.

My husband and I started our new lifestyle in Sept 2009, and we consider ourselves a work in progress. I've lost 105 pounds and he's lost 60 through Weight Watchers and calorie counting.

Thank you so much for everyone on these boards, I don't know that there's been a day that's gone by that I haven't checked in. You all have been an inspiration and a source of so much information and ideas. Thank you so much!

The first photos are of me at my highest weight, and a size 22. The last one is my new size 6 dress. Yay!

Conratulations on your losses! And good luck with the maintenance drive ~ oh how I know that that's where the hard work starts! When I get to maintenance This Time, I'll keep how fantastic you look in mind. :)

You and your hubby are simular to me and mine. I have lost 99lbs and hubby has lost 70lbs. It's so nice to have hubbies that will join the journey with us.

I'm excited and nervous about the 1/2 marathon... We ran 13 miles this last weekend, so I know I CAN do it, but I don't want to be the last one in!!
