Thank you so much everyone!!
fivestone, right now I'm in transition - which is 12 weeks long for me. The first four weeks of transition, you get a food group back every week.
Week one: all types of veggies
Week two: fruit and subtract one MF meal
Week three: dairy
Week four: whole grains and subtract another MF meal and add another lean & green
Then you repeat week four for the rest of transition. Once you start bringing back the carbs from starchy veggies and fruits into your diet, you get knocked out of ketosis, so all of a sudden, it's this perfect storm of still being very low calorie, suddenly being hungry after being numb to it for so long, and being at your goal weight.
I'm navigating it okay though, I think. I'm up about 2 lbs from my lowest weight, which puts me smack in the middle of my comfort zone and I'm holding - which is good.
A lot of folks continue to lose weight in transition, but I always knew I wouldn't be one of them since I'd set my goal pretty low and with as short as I am. I hope this helps!
