Photo comparison...
 

My husband is in the middle of his journey, and after being stuck at 232 for WEEKS now got into the 220s and has a renewed sense of purpose for his weight loss. The photo we took of the two of us before a wedding this weekend didn't hurt either. We look great! I've attached the comparison of the photo from 5/15/2010 to the one after our wedding on July 4, 2007...Lot of difference!! :carrot:

Thanks! My husband needs the luck...he's been slipping BADLY recently. He's had no trouble losing weight, and now he's in his 220s and he's comfortable "cheating" now. A lot. I'm talking a few non-light beers in the evenings, an extra piece of pizza and candy bar in the afternoon...major cheating here. He still hasn't had a gain, even though he's not losing anymore either.

I just tell him it'll catch up with him. He's gotta learn the hard way how far he can push it...
