Wow, you've accomplished a wonderful thing! I am very encouraged by you.

I have no dream of getting that small, a size 10 will be fine with me!! I have a pair of size 10 capri's I bought for "inspiration" and I tried them this morning to see how far they would come up. I looked like I was trying on my 9 year olds jeans! I thought, "how will these EVER fit me?"

And then I came on here and saw your post - size 20 to size 6! If you can do it, so can I!! Thanks for sharing!

Thanks so much for sharing your success! I actually felt tears well up as I saw your before and after.

I'm following the same basic plan as you. I am keeping my calories at about 1200 or a little less, I'm trying to keep my protein at about 30% (that's hard, as I love carbs), decided to cut out bread this month to see if it speeds things up. I've been walking a mile on the treadmill at least 3x a week, I guess I should try more frequent??? I always let life get in the way, (or get discouraged when the scale slows or stops) but I am tired of relosing the same weight over and over. Seeing your pics makes me know it's possible.
