Thank you so much to everyone! I never lift weights. Well, I lift a 23-pound weight all the time, actually, so that's not true. His name is Tugg. But I just play softball about five times a week, rock climb, and lately just walk. I haven't been on a long run in a long time. I do a lot of sprinting during the week and on weekends while at tournaments for ball. I would attribute the big change in my back and arms to rock climbing. If you are looking for something new instead of lifting weights, this takes care of every muscle group. Just a couple times a week.
