You truly are an inspiration! I lost 100 Lbs and am struggling now to get the last 40 off. I fell off the wagon, so to speak, and gained 16 of those 100 Lbs back. The new year brought me new inspiration and have since lost 13 of those 16 Lbs. That might have been a little confusing but I just wanted to say CONGRATS on not only taking it off but maintaining it. I too have started jogging, not marathons, but on and off for my 4 km walk. I know it isnt much but compared to where I was at 2 years ago it is a great accomplishment. Anyways, enough about me, you look great! CONGRATS, CONGRATS and CONGRATS!

Reason: mistakes
Great job Buns. Jogging, walking, running, cycling, whatever it is that we all choose to do, just getting out there is the important thing. Thanks for your encouragement
Thanks DanielleAshley. I appreciate the complimentary words. They go a long way. Especially today, Not such a good day today, but your words lifted my spirits. Thanks a million.
Wow, you are GORGEOUS!!!!!!!! Your wife is one lucky lady but I am sure she knows that!
You look so fit and healthy, full of life! Discovering a love of exercise has been possibly the most positive thing that has happened in my life - it has changed me so much and in so many ways, mentally as well as physically.
I know it can be hard to change your mindset when you have been obese - but just keep reminding yourself that you are now a normal weight and enjoy your success!!! You deserve it.
And it kind of looks like you have found yourself an army of fans right here
Ok Let me join these ladies fighting over you. You look amazing, like someone else said, the picture of health. I know what you mean that we are capable of much more than we realize... that is what I have learned as well, and continue to learn. Thanks so much for sharing your inspiring pics!
Question for you - During your year of weight loss was running the main exercise you did? Did you encounter any physical problems due to the running?
I ask because I enjoy running for weight loss but wonder if I should be mixing up my cardio (I also weight train) and also because I'd like to extend my distance faster but find if I push for too far too soon I have knee aches.
