We're almost the same height so these pictures are really an inspiration for me. I could have sworn that was me in the first before picture..and you look fantastic in your last after picture (green shirt). You look so much more healthy and happy! Thank you for posting these pictures I need some encouragement. You are such an inspiration to all of us!

Wow you look amazing! What low carb lifestyle are you doing? I was doing southbeach and lost 45lbs but once I went off track I gained 25lbs back. I'm now with weight watchers and am finding it hard writing my points down. I struggle with going back to the southbeach or staying with WW.

I started with a strick ATkins diet and over the years I have added more fruits and small amounts of whole grain items.....the thing is that I will never be able to "eat normally" again. My body can't handle those high glycemic index foods and as I have gotten smaller, I have to pay more attention to serving size. I think that you can't succeed if you have the mindset that once you meet your goal you can go out and celebrate....eating the same things that your thin friends eat because your body isn't the same as theirs.

Thanks, I know what your sayig is true...I will never be able to eat like my skinny friends. It is forever a lifestyle change and I just need to get in that mindset.This time last year I was 7lbs away from my goal, and the great way I felt about myself is something I need to remember when I want to be bad. You really are a inspiration so keep up the great work!!!!!
