hey hottie! You look awesome! I am at your "before" state right now and this provides a lot of great inspiration.

by the way, how many calories a day did you lose on? what were you eating before? how tall are you? Did you exercise?

PhatGirl: Thanks ... I eat mostly veggies and protein. I'm 5'4. I usually consume 1200-1400
calories a day. I exercised 2 hours a day. 70 minutes cardio on elliptical and I did some weights.

u look AMAZING. I am 5'2" and at 128 lbs right now. My goal is to be 115. Thanks for sharing your tips, I am going to try to cut out all carbs except for vegetables to accelerate the weight loss.

Once you got serious, how many pounds were you losing a week?

I can really tell that the cardio and weights helped. You look toned and firm.

I also carry most of my weight on the upper part of my body so seeing your before/after pics is great inspiration. I have been doing cardio and weights about 5 times a week. Sometimes it's hard to keep up the motavation. So thanks for posting.

Thanks for the motivation, I am starting P1 tomorrow at 5'5" 160 lb. I didn't think 120 was possible (though you look a bit younger than me- so maybe it's not) But your pics have certainly inspired me that I can be skinny again! Thanks again, SO MUCH
