Michael Thurman's Six Week Makeover
 

Has anyone had success using the Michael Thurman Six Week Makeover? If you have, please let me know. I'm not looking for a quick fix--but I need help......Thanks

I am doing MT Body Makeover, and I would say I'm having success. I've lost 10 lbs in 4 weeks, and that's including several meals (& 1 complete day) that I cheated. Please see the thread here entitled "MT Body Makeover #3" and read my response posted to "Luzcious", it will tell you alot about the plan, I think. I'm finding many people who are doing this program and are seeming to have much success, but of course, it's all up to you. What you put into it is what you'll get out of it! Good luck if you decide to try!
