Cambridge Diet

Hi chicks!

I start the cambridge diet next wed! :carrot:

Anyone else doing it? do you have any tips?

Crazy - I had no idea this diet was even around anymore!! My parents did it in the early 80's and did really well with it. It did involve ALOT of shakes though and not much food. My mom had trouble keeping it off when she went back to 'normal' eating but my dad kept it off a long time. Good luck to you !!! As with most diets, stick with it and the results should come. :)
