I didn't read all the responses. I also am not an LA weight loss person. I do want to add that since my second child I've had trouble going to the restroom. This affects my scale. Mine has nothing to do with what I ate (though yours might). 3 things keep me from taking my numbers too seriously. 1. If I haven't gone to the bathroom lately, I don't count those numbers. 2. If I didn't sleep at least 8 hours, I don't count the numbers (it DOES make a difference). 3. If I'm close to or on my TOM, I don't even weigh. Even with all the things lined up right, I normally see up to a 2lb flunctuation.

Amen. Deafinly, I want to kick my scale addiction and be more like you about weighing.

LMBO! I weigh nearly everyday. I just recognize reasons behind flunctuations. I put in my lowest weight. If it flunctuates 2-3lbs after that..there is generally a reason. When I hit another number that is lower than my lowest..that's my new loss. How do I know when I'm gaining? When the flunctuating number becomes my lowest number for a few weeks. Then I need to scale back. |
