Anyone on the GI Diet ?

Hi everyone. I'm new to this site. I was just wondering if there are any people here on the GI diet. How has it been working for you ? A friend recommended it for me and my boyfriend (who was recently diagnosed with Diabetes). He has great success. Anyone else have opinions about this ? Thanks.

The GI Diet

I am actually reading the book right now. I've also just ordered the GL Diet which deals with the Glycemic Load instead of just the Glycemic Index. It was recommended in a ezine that I belong to.
