Any Sugar Busters out there?

Hi - Just wondering if there were any Sugar Busters out there? My husband and I both have been on Sugar Busters since the 1st of January. He's lost 40 pounds and I've lost 35. It's a great way of eating - very healthy. Not to say we haven't slipped now and then, but the next day we're back at it. We have grown to love wheat breads, pasta and cereals. Three years ago I had open heart surgery and my doctor is thrilled with my new way of eating, weight loss and lower blood pressure. Just had my chlorestorol checked yesterday - can't wait for the results. Linda
