Merida #7-- Successes and Achievments!

Another week...another pound!
I'm happy to report that my one month checkup went very well.
The RN who does the pre doc checks said with joy and surprise "You've lost SIX pounds since you were here last!" to which I replied, "Yippee!!"! :lol: :lol:
Finally on track and 1/3 of the way there!
