Body for life?

Hello,
Is there anyone on Body for life? If so how much weight have you lost and is it easy to do?

Hi :) We have several people here that follow BFL. You'll find a few threads in our Ladies Who Lift forum. Everyone seems to be happy with it. I did it briefly, just to see what it was like, and I thought it was easy enough to do. I love the companion Eating for Life cookbook, too.
