Will this work?

Ive been doign the exact same workout for 2 months and i seem to be stuck. I haent last or gained weight in the last 2 weeks ro so.....If i skip the next few days....eat normal and not worry about excersizing then start up again do u think tht will like trick my body into losing some more weight?

It could. Some people say you should do the exact same thing everyday. In the WW section on here, not sure exactly where, there's a sticky regarding the wendy plan. I think you might want to take a look at it. It's talking about ww points but the same could easily apply to calories. Me personally I vary my calorie intake anywhere from 1200 to 2000 a day and my exercise varies per day as well in hopes that I wont plataue easily.

Good luck I hope you figure out what you need to do to get moving again.

I would suggest changing your workout rather than giving it up for a day or two. Not because I think a couple of days off will make a big difference in the long run but because it still isn't going to take your body long to sink back into the same routine after that short of a break. If I were you I would increase the intensity of my workouts, add a few minutes to it, and try a few different exercises all together.

Like ambabs, I cycle my calorie intake and find that it helps as well.

Definitely, change your routine. The body is great at adapting and eventually you need a change to shake the body's efficient routine. I walk, do step aerobics, weight training (free weights) is really wonderful and you'll be surprised what changes that will bring. I use a lot of different aerobic tapes, too: Leslie Sansone's Walk Aerobics, Gilad's aerobics, Gin Miller's ramp and step tapes, and Richard Simmons. These tapes can help if you're stuck and each one is different in what it works out on the body.

Good luck.
