Slimfast

Anyone use the slim fast shakes instead of the LA Weight loss shakes? I had one this morning....just wondering what I should count it as.

I am on the plan that doesn't use Lites, so I don't know what it is a substitute for. Do you use the shakes like you would the bars? Is the calories about equal? I know the bars are about 190 calories each...

If they are about equal in calorie content, I guess you could. I know the SlimFast shakes have a lot of added nutrition, so they can't hurt you.

I've never used any of the LA shakes - but I think they count as a protein and a starch -- (just checked my guide - yes that's the portions)
