I have my infinite meal planner but can't find my binder. From memory I have this:
Breakfast 2-3 oz pro A B or C 1/2 Cup Carb A or B 1/2 Cup Fruit A or B Snack 2-3 oz Pro A B or C 1/2 Cup Fruit A or B Lunch 2-3 Oz Pro A B or C 1/2 Cup Carb A or B 1 Cup Veggies Snack 2-3 oz Pro A B or C 1/2 Cup Fruit A or B Dinner 2-3 Oz Pro A B or C 1/2 Cup Carb A or B 1-2 Cups Veggies A Snack 2-3 oz Pro A B or C 1/2 Cup Fruit A or B Can someone correct me if I'm wrong?
