Volumetrics?

  • Anyone on that or has tried that yet?

    I bought the book (cheapie copy on a bargain book site) because the descriptiion sounded like what I was looking for - it needs to work for both DH and myself. Just wondering what others think of it.
  • I'm not on it, but from what I understand, it's really just diet basics--eatmore low-calorie foods so you feel fuller because you are eating more but lose weight because it's low in calories. It's really seems like common sense to me. Eat lots of veggies, eat lean meats and whole grains...please correct me if I'm wrong, but this is my understanding of the plan: eat healthy, low-cal foods!
