I know each one counts as a protein and starch however what about the vegtables served with them do you count them as a vegtable?

NOPE, the whole meal counts as a protein and a starch. I think it's just for simplicity's sake on the company's end, rather than trying to have separate lists of which ones count as a protein and a veggie, or a starch and a veggie, or whatever. Not to mention that the "protein" part of a typical LC is nowhere near an actual LAWL serving size of protein!

I was told, not matter what you always count the LC's as 1 protein and 1 startch,even if it has veggies.
