I was just wanting to see if anyone has tried this diet and if it works?? Is it worth the money? Also, if someone has tried it, do you have a copy of the questionnaire and body types portion so I could check it out before I buy it? I'm eager to hear if this has worked for people! Thanks! There is a thread just a couple of posts down from yours that has quiet a few pages of posts on Michael Thurmond...Also you can go to their website and fill out the questionaire there,(for free) and find out your body type.

THe diet is very strict & you must exercise. Just remember its not just a diet its a way of life. Like any diet, if you don't stick to the NEW eating habits, the weight comes right back.

I had a friend who purchased this diet kit.......I borrowed it from her to copy (so i thought)....it is like a college course, very involved, takes a lot of planning to begin. JMHO.
