Where is Richard Simmons group?
 

:D Is there a place for Richard Simmons? ;) I'm using his Food Mover and thought there used to be a place for food exchange. :(

One more thing, I forgot to ask....didn't they used to have one? I thought they did??

We used to have one, but it trickled down to 2 or 3 people, which wasn't enough for a whole forum. We tried to have Richard Simmons threads in the General Diets forum, but there wasn't any interest. Perhaps other RS followers will post here and create a support thread :)

Yes, there used to be a Richard Simmons thread here as well...feel free to post here-even if you are posting by yourself on this thread-your daily exercise, eating journal each day, etc. You never know when someone could surf and see the thread who is following Richard Simmons as well-and get a new buddy.
