Is anyone else reading/following this book/POE? My DH and I just started it this weekend, and it seems really doable. Mostly common sense about portion sizes and healthy choices, basically. It also outlines a simple, but effective workout plan, and incorporates it in the meal plan.
I would love to see if anyone else is doing this, or is interested in doing this so I can have a buddy (or more!) other than my dh to get support from/with......
