You know as long as I have been here and posting in this section I never read that until today! What a perfect day to read it too. It fits me perfect. I think I need to take a step back, evaluate what I am doing and then move full ahead and not worry so much when I have land on a "chute". There will be a "ladder" around the corner.

THANKS APHIL, YOUR GREAT!!!

Yep, good article and it reflects my opinion as well.

It's okay to have your weak moments, just try to make up for it (like eating less the next few days) and just keep going. In my (limited) experience, those pounds you gained within an evening are much easier to lose than those you had on you hips for years.

Wow, yeah, I'm glad I read this. Thanks, Silence and Aphil! Excellent advice.

Reading that article has really given me a new perspective about sticking to my fitness goals- not just diets; any goal in general. Thanks for posting this! :thanks:

Awesome article! It's especially funny, because Chutes & Ladders was one of my very favorite board games as a kid. *G* Thank you for sharing!
