Hi, My name is Marie and I'm COMPLETELY brand new to this website forum. I'm trying to learn the ropes. I've been doing the South Beach Diet since March 2, 2004. And was just wondering if there's anybody else in here that is doing that???? I've been slacking big-time. I started at 140 lbs and am down to 128 lbs. My goal weight is 110 lbs. I am 5 feet tall. Any comments would be appreciated!
