pixie1 Junior Member Thread Starter Join Date: Nov 2003 Location: Canada Posts: 1	Any Lady Truckers out there ? OK, I am looking for advice here. Anyone else in the same profession ? It is a very sedentry occupation but I do try to walk as often as possible. Any recommendations as to WHAT diet may suit my life style the best. HELP, I am lost with the vast amount of diets available. I have about 25lbs to lose.
