Hiiii!! I'm new to the list, but I've been lurking around the message boards for some time now. Its great to hear all of you having so much success on Slimfast. I'm thinking about going on it too. I've tried all the protein diets, but they're pretty hard to stick to when you're a vegetarian and hate tofu and soya. I've had stomach stapling and liposuction done without much success and have realized there's just no easy way out. I REALLY WANT TO LOSE THE WEIGHT. I weigh 211 pounds as of today and as soon as I get back to the Caribbean Islands where I live, I will go on Slimfast. Right now I'm on vacation in India (actually I came here to get married to my sweetheart) and should be going back in 2 weeks.

Congrats on your upcoming wedding. You have been through a lot for weight loss huh? Lipo and stomach
stapling too? Wow! I guess I would do that too if I wasn't such a big chicken! I have lost weight a few times before myself and you are right there are no easy answers. All we can do is control the amount we eat and watch the calories and the weight will come off! I am a veg too!
