I have tried the 6WBMO and it works. I lost 5 pounds in the first week, even though I cheated. The plan is very strict, but you get results. I had a problem with the type of veggies that were recommend for my body type. Because I suffer from acid reflux, I had problems digesting alot of the leafy greens. But it is worth the try. You can always send it back within the 6 weeks and get a full refund!
