Diet Sabotage
 

I think the person I live with is ruining my diet. I’m losing weight and I cut out gluten. But I know some of my food is contaminated with it just to put me back. I’m allergic I can tell.

Sometimes the people in our lives feel threatened if we lose weight, that we will change or go and find someone else, they could be jealous that you are successful and they are not. I suggest have an honest sit down with them and discuss this. Not sure what your relationship status is with this person.
