Short-term protein shake weight loss
 
I needed to lose 20lbs quickly to get knee surgery. I have been living primarily on Muscle Milk non-dairy, 0 carb, 0 sugar, 25g protein shakes for a couple of months now with success. I do inject 0 carb, low calorie meals twice a week. I played around with calories and found the sweet spot to be 900. Yes, I know it's low but I am basically immobile due to many issues all stemming from my knees and anything over this amount makes me maintain or gain. I do some PT though. I still have 7lbs to go before calling the dr and I hit a plateau. increasing and decreasing has not moved the scale. I love veg and drink a lot of water everyday. I am on meds that make me gain weight but switching them is not an option.

Any thoughts by those in the same or similar boat? Thanks!
