Well I feel like I should be singing backstreet boys but anyway here I am again... I haven't been on in forever and pretty much starting over. I'm trying to go ketogenic again. My first question is... What happened to the tickers? I loved those little icon things... My second question is with regard to ketogenic, how can I get crunch in my diet besides raw veggies?

Welcome back Night Angel. I'm sorry but the 3FC tickers have not been working for a while. Some people have been u!sing Ticker Factory or Lily Slim and transferring them over. I don't know how it works because I don't use a ticker but maybe you can figure it out. Good luck to you!
