Hey folks!!
I'm on my weightloss journey to get down to 140lbs...currently sitting at 160lbs and well and truely stuck!!I'm still losing inches every week but the scales stay the same... Now I know weightloss isn't just about the number on the scales and it's probably gaining muscle etc but I need to get the weight off so I can ride more ponies during the summer.So as pleased as I am with my progress I started up at 170ish I really do need to keep these lbs shifting...I'm currently doing as much walking as possible during this covid lockdown, I eat clean and lean, lots of good lean meats, salad, green veg. If I have carbs I keep to brown rice etc.I'm just looking for any tips and advice for anyone who has been in the same situation?Hope everyone is well and keeping safe ��Thanks in advance x
