Gaining weight in my stomach area make me feel uncomfortable and unattractive, i believe the fat is pinchable kind and its just under my skin. It can also be dangerous?

Specifically gaining fat in your abdomen is often caused by elevated cortisol levels - but the 'dangerous' kind of fat that I think you're talking about is not the 'pinchable' kind, it's the fat that surrounds your organs. If it's just under your skin, that's just straight up fat - eat less to lose it. :D
