Hi,
I've posted this in another section too as I wasn't exactly sure where to post it.
How does the online support buddy thing work?
I'm fine during the day but it's the evenings when I'm at home by myself that are bad.Nothing and nobody to stop me eating and drinking anything I want.
That's what I lack- somebody to give me a kick up the a** and make me accountable.
