1 month of binge eating

  • I have binged continously for a month. Somedays it was a small binge and Somedays huge. I have not been traking anything throughout this month. Can someone please advice what to do to recover from this huge binge. I am really in need of help.?

    Hope all is well. I'm where you're at went up 30 pounds. I started tracking what I ate and began to workout at home daily. Once I was in the mindset to be healthier I began to change my eating. Go slow and be kind to yourself.
  • It's rough, but sometimes making small changes can get you there. As you accumulate small wins, you'll want to get more and your mind will be back in the game.
  • Where are you binging? At home or in restaurants? If you binge at home, I recommend throwing out all of the junk food in your home and replacing it with healthier foods. You might still do some binging, but binging on healthy food is better than binging on unhealthy food. Even if you still overeat, you probably won't overeat as much, because healthy foods tend to be more filling.
