Ok, I just got back from WI and gained another half pound on top of the 2 1/2 lbs. from my previous WI. (although coming back from a cruise I kind of expected that) I am giving up (temporarily, I think) on the Points System and am going to go back to the old Exchange Program. I seem to have done so much better when I used to follow that then on this new program. I have the old booklets and programs but I don't have any journals. Does anyone have one they would be willing to send me? I don't want to combine the 2 programs, I tried it for a couple days and it was more work then I wanted to do! I would appreciate this so much if someone has one of these old selection journals they could send. Thanks
